It is known that currently there is generally a shortage of skilled workforce for positions such as: manager, SCRUM Master, programmer, analyst, and others. One of the ways is to look for managerial talents amongst the students during their university studies. The question is which competencies are given to the personality of a young person and which competencies may be developed later in the process.
Even though we have some level of understanding supported by experience of what my responsibility is as a leader or manager, there is some knowledge or wisdom of the ages that can help achieve the desired outcomes whatever the current methodology says. Some call it laws of power based on militaristic rules of engagement, some say they are common sense observable best practices based on morality and ethics. What can really help?
Project-MANAGEMENT means to take a lot of decisions on the way. Most of them within the core team of the project. Mostly under time pressure project managers often take "lonely decisions".
