• To select and personalise sponsored content that we show to users exclusively on the MANAGERPORT® portal (eg. Local Conferences).

To navigate users around professional management complexities and give new insight with questions and answers, lessons learned, links and comments on posts (referred to as public information). Public information may also include the following user personal data: username, job title and photo.

Users should consider the content when sharing your posts, comments, username, job title and photo. MANAGERPORT® users (registered and non- registered) may read, use and share your posts and data with others.

Service provider
We provide personal data and public information to service providers who support our portal by providing technical infrastructure services.

Advertiser
We do not use the registered email addresses, company names, locations or specializations for any business purposes.

Special personal data categories

Special categories of personal data (e.g. religion, ethnic origin, race) are not collected in the MANAGERPORT® portal.

User Account deactivation

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, edit and delete your personal data filled out in the MANAGERPORT® profile fields.

We store your personal data until it is no longer necessary to provide MANAGERPORT® content or until your account is deleted. When you deactivate your account, your username, job description and personal photo will be deleted. After deletion your account is not recoverable.

In order to delete your account, please use the “Deactivate my account” button in your MANAGERPORT® profile. This function is available at any time. Search engines like Google, Yippy, and Yahoo! may still display your information temporarily due to the way they collect their search data.

To keep MANAGERPORT® structured and categorized, we have the right to keep all created/shared posts and comments and/or upvotes after a user account is deactivated. In this case, while user content is preserved, the account username will be replaced with “Deactivated User“, Job title will be replaced with “N/A“ and the photo will be replaced by a “default user photo.” The username, job description and photo will be replaced by the MANAGERPORT® support team within the next working days.

We will notify you before we make changes to our Privacy Notice and give you the opportunity to review the new version of Privacy Notice before you using MANAGERPORT® portal.

Consent is required for 2BCognitus s.r.o. (MANAGERPORT® provider) to process personal data. If MANAGERPORT® makes further requests for sensitive, personal data, notification will explain why and how the information will be used.

You may withdraw consent at any time by User Account deactivation.

2BCognitus s.r.o. will pass on your personal data only to the following third party without obtaining your consent. The following third party located in EU will receive your personal data for the above mentioned purposes as part of the processing activities:
