Globaly distributed Project team

Success Problem

In the project we had teams across the Globe (Slovakia, UK, India). Different time zones, different culture and different level level of experience was present.

Impact

All those differences were impacting the project in all phases and aspects.

Recommendation

Understanding of the cultural differences, readiness of the individuals and teams and project tools / logistics was key to deliver the project and the product for the client which was accepted.

  2. This is always challenging.Two aspects are crucial here. The absence of direct contact to team members requires different attitude. And in international environment also to realise the cultural differences.
