Should we let them to move into new premises before the building approval?

The construction project is at its end, The customer says there is no need to have a lot of paperwork and they want to start using newly built premises right away because they need to work on the new contract they’ve been rewarded. What is your opinion? Should we let them to move into new premises before the building approval?

  1. I would politely refuse this request. You need to complete the project with all details as agreed. If people in the unfinished premises start to move, there is danger that somebody can get hurt, you risk fines or problems. Do not let them to go to unfinished premises. It's too much at stake.
