Unethical/Demanding Client

Client is demanding unattainable or unethical action concerning your business approach or project.

Impact

Following through with unrealistic demands will potentially undercut your overall position in the company or place within the project.

Recommendation

Stay the ethical course. If you follow through with client demands you endanger not only your position but the company's reputation. This can be bad for business. Let the client know that you follow standards and a short term shortcut is not a strategic advantage.
