   Motivation occurs when your morale is high and you enjoy your job. Whether you work as employee, Manager or Director of an organization, a motivated work place is key to productive and profitable business. Motivated employees get things done and achieve results. You feel you belong. In crisis like COVID, employees can feel unsettled and demotivated. People tend not to like change and prefer familiarity at work, where they know their responsibilities and how they fit into their company structure. COVID-19 has created a shift in thinking and ways of working. Many employees now work remotely and this is becoming the new trend. Not having colleagues around you nor the routine of going to your workplace every day can cause stress and loneliness. Keep your self-motivated and work smart and not hard. you will be flexible 5. Long-term Turning the challenges into a positive experience can help motivate orders. If people are motivated, they’ll see things differently and use what you have learned to help others.
