During COVID crisis keeping the motivation of team members especially being in the startup phase where physical meetings and motivating incentives were absent was really a challenging factor for us to meet our deadlines.
This was slowing down our pace of the project.
We started Agile Management and started working in sprints and using the SCRUM Board. This helped us with visible results and all C-Suite members could matchup with the pace and discuss their progress in end of each sprint. This is helping us to keep up the project pace.
