Is high performer within a team always satisfied? When can a leader spot him/her?

Impact

Performance management necessary on regular basis to avoid mistakes an unexpected moves. Leader is to set the right kind of expectations.

Recommendation

As a leader do not give yourself too much credit when things go well or do not be too hard on yourself when things go badly. Every employee is to be treated as individual. Be ready to have tailor made solutions in place when things do not go as expected.

  1. As a leader it's necessary to set realistic expectations of your team. If expectations are too high and team fails then blame is on the leader. The leader must take full responsibility of his/her orders for the team.
