Superior keeps making promises but never fulfills them

   A leader who is just a “promise maker” cannot, through their poor example, rise to a higher form of leadership, and therefore cannot achieve better results or create a better working atmosphere.

   Leadership is not about making promises – it’s about building trust through consistent action. When leaders fail to deliver, they erode team morale and credibility. True leadership means empowering others, leading by example, and creating a culture where commitments are kept and potential is nurtured.
