   Thank you for your question. First of all, it is important to know yourself (self-reflection). Understanding your own emotions, behaviours, preferences and values allows you to deal with stressful situations more effectively and successfully (self-management). How to deal with people around you? The leadership includes patterns of behaviour, communication methods, and attitude about conflicts and criticisms. The essence of conflict is disagreement or incompatibility in goals, ideas, or emotions. To avoid conflict, try to create positive atmosphere and feelings in your team. How to deal with appeared conflict: (i) stay calm and in control (ii) analyse causes and potential consequences (iii) identifiy the real motives and interests (iv) focus on constructive debate (iv) mediate involved parties to find win - win solution (v) verify the final agreement (vi) and finally identify lessons learned from the conflict.
