I am curious, what will be first mistake (really common mistake) what will scrum master do on his first project or on beginning of every project.

Hello, after I pass test on Scrum Master and I already work in IT company and I know we are looking for scrum master, because we are switching to Agile - How I convince company I am right guy for that, but without any experience .

It is possible (or common) apply Scrum or any agile on long time project (2+ years) with high security level ? For example automotive project, where is common low level programming language (hardware level) and lots of testing ? Do you have any experience with this type of projects ?

Hello, I am just thinking, what is difference between project goals and project requirements ? Project requirements are the technical description of the project and project objectives (goals) are benefits ?
