An easy trap many Project Managers and Project Team Members fall into is they collect and organize lessons learned but fail to capitalize on the gold they've captured.

Recommendation

The easiest way to at least begin with this lesson integration is to sit down with your manager or team and go through them not only to gain insight but to plan how these can be integrated. As this plan gets underway, follow it and measure the progress. Adjust the approach depending on the results of learning from the successes and failures.
