Success Problem
During second wave of COVID-19 in India, the situation was really harsh. Especially it was very hard for engaging medical workers. It was the time when most of the people wanted to take a leave from the company. Scheduling all the healthy employees and outsourcing to some medical volunteers is what worked for us.
Impact
Our medical operations would have stopped would create further panic in our neighborhood.
Recommendation
In such situations, try looking for alternative workforce, and schedule the existing workforce during emergency situation.
