One of the commonly asked questions is how to store enough energy for our free time after work.
People who are not able to manage own energy will not able to keep going in a long run. They might suffer from frustration or in the final stage experience a burnout.
One of the advised techniques is to work in 30 minutes time sprints during which we concentrate on one task. In practice we need to create an environment in which we are not going to be disturbed by email notifications, phone ringing, chats with colleagues etc. After each sprint, 4 minutes break is needed. During the break you may take a walk, look out of the window, drink water or eat some fresh fruit. This kind of work helps us to become more effective, restore our energy and feel fresh at the end of a workday.
