How to solve situation when the team members are often interrupted in their agile project by the operation staff?

  1. 1) Leader should work with the SCRUM Team to transfer the required knowledge to another experts 2) SCRUM Team should come up with different solutions and help to the operation staff to implement the chosen solution 3) SCRUM Master should raise this situation as an impediment
