Hello, I would like to know how do you keep your employees /team members keen and motivated? Thank you in advance!

First of all, a good team leader needs to find out the reasons which make his/her team member motivated. Everyone can have a different reason - some people love their job because it has a bigger meaning (helping to build something, has a higher social impact, etc.), some people see it as a way of self-promotion, status building, friendships, money and many other reasons. It is good to discuss those reasons with everyone separately, asking "why" you like this job. Secondly, I believe a team leader should find out the strengths of each member, so the given task match their abilities and challenge them in a good way. People love doing things they are good at while being challenged a bit each time which will give them an opportunity to grow.
