Success Problem

I was nominated to manage a new project, which seems to be a quite risky one. Therefo-re, I would like to demonstrate what risks have I to expect. How should I proceed?

The project is quite expensive and the customer asks for high guarantee to meet the de-adline. .

Recommendation

A good tool for multilevel text-based, grafical and numerical presentation of project risks is the Risks and opportunities breakdown structure in the Risks and opportunities mana-gement plan. This is a subdocument of the project management plan and includes the risk mitigation actions and the complex of actions to enhance the opportunities of the pro-ject. It should contain also the plan for management of the changes, claims and project issues.
