Success Problem

I would like to start a new project in our organization, but the poor title is not sufficient to start the project. I am not a member of the management - what should I do?

Impact

The new project could attrack new customer, but the management wants to know, what will be offered.

Recommendation

Prepare and present the project brief. Elaboration and presenting the project brief is the project proposer’s task. Creation and insertion the project into the project portfolio manages the project owner or the project portfolio manager. In permanent organizations without project orientation this is the task for an management member.
