False intention to save money through multitasking.

Impact

Delay in project progress and increase of the project costs, stress and conflicts followed with project failure.

Recommendation

Careful planning of the project realisation avoiding multitasking. It seems to be effective only until the people collapse.

  1. Thank you for sharing Igor. I feel like many companies are pushing for the highest workforce utilization, however, they are doing so only seeing the short term profits unaware of the huge negative impact it can have on the employees, especially in the long term.
