Is respect in our lives important? Where does his absence make life difficult? There are many situations where we should show each other respect in society.
We all desire recognition from our family, loved ones or friends. We need to feel that we are doing the right thing. No one is satisfied if others consider us inferior. Respect for yourself and for people around is one of the basic prerequisites for a person to be able to later build good relationships in private, school or work. Respect represents different things for different people. In general, however, it means mere human consideration.
So why is it that some people are radiating some kind of natural respect while others are brought to their knees? Here are some ways to easily get respect: * Know your VALUE - The value and opinion of itself goes hand in hand with self-confidence. People who know their value are aware of their qualities and even though they have made mistakes in the past, they have learned a lesson - after all, all obstacles have hardened them. * Respect others - To be respected, respect others. Leaders listen to others with interest, even if they disagree with their opinion - they can then start discussions. *Say NO - Be aware of your limits in terms of energy, time and money. Identify what you care about and focus on doing it well. Simply say NO to everything else. * BE decisive and principled - Your personal moral compass is one of the most important things you have, so you should live according to your principles and moral values. And it is equally important to accept and support the moral principles of other people, even if you disagree with them. * Inspire others - Do not always wait for someone else to take the initiative. If you want to be respected, start by respecting yourself - be proactive in finding solutions to problems and achieving goals.
