Its activities are: • to elaborate the model of the project management plan and to require its correct and consistent use, • to keep up the project register, • to keep up the project resources including the specialists, • to support the project manager in elaborating the project documents (e.g. the project definition report, project management plan, project closure report etc.), • to render professional consultations and training for the project management.
