The project quality is a broader concept as „only“ project success.

Recommendation

Project quality includes besides the project success also the quality of the project management plan and the satisfaction of the interested parties (mainly the procuror) with the project execution (the satisfaction with communication, solving the project changes and claims and disputes). Project quality management is a project manager’s task group including: 1. elaboration and accomplishing the good project management plan, 2. planning the quality of the project deliverable, 3. ensuring the project deliverable quality: the organizational structure, working aids (documentation, measurement and testing instruments) and work procedures, 4. controlling the quality of the project output. Project quality management is to be defined as a subdocument of the project definition report.
