What is the RAID method?

RAID methode (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) is a set of job steps and decision criteria for project evaluation from the point of view of its risks, assumptions, problems and dependencies.

Recommendation

This evaluation is made using the Excell tables. The evaluation makes provisions for the probabilty of individual events and for their importance.
