Success Problem

There are defined nine project manager’s tasks. Are they all the most important challenges for the project manager?

Impact

For a project to succeed, the manager must manage all nine project management areas. Because of the different situation of each real project the project managers and their temas have to use their flexibility in defining the top rank-ordered areas.

Recommendation

For example, if time, cost and quality are the top three rank-ordered areas, the team should goal-seek to success in those areas by establishing flexibility in scope, human resources, procurement and risk.
