Impact
The project manager can not to be clear, what his/her task is going to be on the project and how much leeway is available.
Recommendation
If the project manager will need to be compensated for big revisions or changes in direc-tion, then he/she must set a clear outline about the number of adjustments he/she can make before he/she needs to charge more.
