Project archive is a basic document, describing all documents, used for ma-nagement of the given project.

Recommendation

Project archive serves also like a storage of the permanent organization’s expertise in the form of acquired lessons learned. The project archive allows the permanent organization to estimate the coefficients for planning of the future projects (e.g. unit cost for individual sorts of activities) and to forecast the development of its environment. This document is elaborated and updated by the project manager in cooperation with all interested parties.
