Typical group creativity techniques are: • brainstorming, • voting method for arranging the ideas from brainstorming according to their usefullness, • ideas map for recording the ideas of the individual team members; the project manager then recapitulates and organizes the gained ideas into the intergated entity, used also for gaining the additional ideas, • affinity diagram, • multicriterial analysis of the decisions is used to organize different deci-sion criteria in the form of a table; these are criteria like e.g.: risk level, the value etc.
