Indirectly interested parties

As a project manager I have to accept the role of the project interested parties. But I do not know, what are the indirectly interested parties and why sholud I care of them?

Impact

The indirectly interested parties can become forceful opponents or supporter of the project.

Recommendation

Indirectly interested parties are parties, which interests are threatened through the project realization or finish, although they are not directly engaged in the project. Indirectly interested parties are e.g. conservationists, project supporters, neighbors of the costruction site, civil associations, labour unions, the press, public and state administration, regulatory agencies and the end users of the project outputs, if they are not among the project stakeholders.
