The project contract can be a good or bad base for the project reallization. Therefore it is important to prepare the contract very precisely regarding as much of possible situations as possible.

Recommendation

Use the general contract conditions for different types of work contracts ac-cording to FIDIC (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils). FIDIC is international federation of consulting engineers, based 1913 in Switzerland. FIDIC publishes also other publications about improving the professional level, ethics, development of the methods and management in public and also in private procurement.
