Recommendation

Follow-on action recommendation is a proposal to solve the problem, which emerged during project realization. Follow-on action recommendation has to meet the requirements on the project proposal or on the project brief and is prepared by the project proposer, project owner or the manager of the finishing project in cooperation with the portfolio manager.
